Crisis authorities were choosing Sunday whether to close shorelines in Oahu, Hawaii, following a couple of weekend shark assaults sent two casualties to the doctor's facility with serious wounds.
The assaults happened inside of hours of each other and conveyed to seven the quantity of shark assaults off Hawaii's shores this year.
In the first case, a 40-year-old person was swimming to Lanikai Beach just before twelve Saturday when he was assaulted, Honolulu Emergency Services Department representative Shayne Enright said.
